The eCommerce Experience Manager owns customer experience across Spire’s consumer and professional business segments online. The overall goals for the role also include optimizing conversion rate and customer engagement (LTV) across multiple market segments including Consumer, Professional, and B2B2c. In this role, you will work with internal and external partners to build new customer acquisition funnels, author and optimize funnel-messaging, and track results. This role functions as the primary brand-storyteller to express Spire’s brand values. We’re looking for a creative marketer with an analytical eye that will work in concert with external partners to manage paid customer acquisition and conversion rate optimization efforts. Success in this role is measured by customer engagement, acquisition, and lead generation growth.

Responsibilities
  • Manage website and landing page content and customer acquisition process
  • Build new web assets and funnels
  • Author and optimize product relevant messaging across channels
  • Monitor website customer acquisition and set agenda for continued growth
  • Manage customer email experience across all customer segments
  • Manage lead generation mechanics across all customer segments
  • Effectively tell the story of the Spire brand and our products to each customer segment
  • Monitor website sales, report on acquisition efforts, and propose next steps for growth
  • Work with stakeholders and vendors to oversee website conversion rate optimization efforts
  • Work with partners to synchronize advertising acquisition campaigns with website acquisition funnels
  • Follow growth process, infusing testing in every aspect of the work
  • Measure the efficiency and effectiveness of demand building programs
  • Ensure a cohesive brand message among all existing and future channels
  • Support professional sales through management of media and content, site optimization and community platforms
  • Create and package management reports; analyzing and interpreting data and historical trends, and reporting on and delving into findings as needed
Requirements
  • At least 4+ years in a eCommerce and/or digital marketing environment
  • Be a creative and excellent communicator with a strong marketing mindset
  • HTML, XHTML, CSS design, cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility skills
  • Strong design and visual skills (photoshop, etc.)
  • Experience in building digital assets with teams
  • Understanding of Analytics using Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to gather appropriate input and make clear, well-reasoned decisions
