Helping Your Doctor Provide Comprehensive Care

Let's Get Started!
Follow these simple setup instructions to begin monitoring

Step 1: Plug in Home Hub

Take your Home Hub out of the box and
place it in a room that you spend a lot of time in - your bedroom, living room or kitchen are ideal!

Make sure your Home Hub is ALWAYS plugged into a power source.

Step 2: Gather Undergarments

Gather 6 of your CLEAN underwear, pajamas
or bras. Select the pieces of clothing you wear most frequently. Your clothing should fit snug against your body.

Step 3: Open Health Tag

Peel the teal-colored backing to remove one
Health Tag from its packaging.

Then peel the white liner to expose the adhesive.

Step 4: Attach Health Tag

Underwear/PJs: Adhere 1 inch from
center on the FRONT inside of your
waistband and 0.5 inches from the top.

Bra: Adhere to inside wing.

Note: The Health Tag should fit snug against
your body.

Step 5: Press and Hold

Press Health Tag firmly onto clothing for ~30
seconds.

Repeat Steps 3 - 5 for each Health Tag
